Lie- Once Saved, You can Live in the Flesh

The Holy Spirit is Holy, meaning separated from worldliness (Satan's spiritual kingdom).  The Holy Spirit will not dwell within us if we choose darkness rather than light.  God wants us to walk according to His Spirit and abide in His will.  It is not God's desire that any of us perish, but God has no part in the works of darkness.  Those who belong to Him will walk in the light.  Jesus said that those who love Him will obey His commandments.  His commandments are spiritual works.  We must be in spiritual obedience to Jesus.  Those who walk in the Spirit abide in the will of God and fulfill spiritual works.  Jesus' fulfillment of God's Law is only applied to us in the spiritual realm when we walk in the light/in the Spirit.
